We will not tolerate any form of harassment, and persistent harassment will result in removal in the group. Please do not harass the admins, and if an admin doesn't answer your question right away, understand it is because we are all busy. It should be answered in time.
In the meantime, we'd like it if you refrained from asking about Round 1, or when it'll be released, or just generally making remarks for us to hurry up. We understand that you are excited for this, and as are we!, but these comments really don't help at all. It puts more pressure of the members that are working on R1 things, and we want them to do a good job and not be rushed!
To pass the time we're going to be releasing the SAROS PASSPORT for members to fill out (both contestants and NPCs). This officially allows characters into other regions, as well as other features that will become clear farther into the tournament.

PASSPORTS
To travel in the Saros region, your contestants/NPCs will be given a passport. Each region has their own design, so make sure you pick the right one! They will be filled in something like this:
The left hand side is where, obviously, your character photo goes. You don't HAVE to redraw your character making a dumb face at the photographer- you could just reuse their normal application art- but it will give you something to do while we finish the preparations for Round 1!
The name, age, gender and signature fields are pretty self explanatory.
The PokéBalls down the side can be customised, though this isn't mandatory; you can either draw your team members over them (no sprites from the game, please!) or you can paste your Mirage Ball designs in, if you've drawn them.
Now, if this were Ferrite's real passport, she'd have every region logo in those bottom boxes because she is a region leader. However, since this is an example, they are left blank. As the rounds go by, your trainer will be issued stamps to let them catch a single Pokémon from a certain region. For example, in a later round, we might say that Cita Erbonde characters can go catch Pokémon from Terran Alto. The Terran Alto logo will be added to the bottom, and your character would be free to catch one Pokémon from that region. DO NOT ADD THE OTHER FACTION LOGOS IN YET. For now, your characters are restricted to only having Pokémon from their home regions, as I'm sure you know by now!
The passport blanks can be found in the NPC APPLICATIONS + OFFICIAL TEMPLATES section. PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR COMPLETED PASSPORTS TO MISC. -> PASSPORTS.
