Good news for those of you still working--we've decided to extend the application deadline! The new deadline is July 22nd. That extends it a week, and it'll also end on at the same time as the Ball. Please plan accordingly! Remember; once the deadline is passed, you can only do moderate changes to your apps (in contestants, at least), and you CANNOT switch factions, nor switch to an NPC (unless you drop out!).
Second, the rule that members cannot travel outside of factions has been revoked. Members (contestants and NPCs) have the ability to travel to other factions on their own transport if they like, and every member in the tournament (and NPCs) will receive a Saros Passport, allowing them through borders. More info on them will be released around the time of Round One. HOWEVER, these are basic passports, and therefore only allow travel! YOUR CHARACTERS CANNOT CATCH POKEMON IN OTHER REGIONS, NOR PURCHASE ANY REGION-SPECIFIC ITMES/ACCESSORIES. For that you must get a special stamp, which will be earned through the tournament (again, by both contestants and NPCs). More will be revealed in time, as well!
The TA and Corus caps still stand, though Cita Erbonde has had a major incline. I'd really not like for there to be three caps at once! The other factions (namely Moeras and Ladon) are in need of members! So in case you're still unsure what faction to join....
